RAVO- Parsi Style

250 gms Ravo  (Samolina)
4               Eggs
1/2 lt.        Milk
200 gms (approx) sugar
100 gms  Pure Ghee
 100 gms whole dry fruits (cashew, almonds n resins)

Method:

Heat the ghee in a nonstick vessel on the low heat. Add ravo to it n fry till it is light golden.
On the other side beat the eggs in milk n keep it aside. Once the ravo is nicely fried , slowly add the milk with the eggs to it. Keep on stirring so that it is not get curdled. Keep on adding the ghee from time to time as required.
Add the sugar n stir continously. Once the Ravo is cooked the ghee starts to leave from sides.Fry the dry fruits n garnish the Ravo.

Can also add Cardamom powder n nutmeg powder while frying the Ravo and also while garnishing.
