Ingredients:
Pineapple slices- 6 nos.
fresh cherries - 6 nos
paneer [ cottage cheese] - 6 small cubes approx 1 cm
cheese- 6 small cubes approx 1cm
Chicken - 6 small cubes approx 1cm [ boiles]
long toothpick
Mayonnaise or mustard
Method:
First merinate the boiled chicken pieces with mayonnaise or mustard .
Then take a long toothpick , pass a cherry, then pineapple slice, then double it up with a piece of paneer, chicken, cheese.
Refrigrate for sometime before serving
